I’ve been wearing New Balance Minimus Trail 10‘s for the last year. Those and my Reef Smoothy’s see about 90% of my actual time in footwear. Even walking in these “barefoot” shoes has helped quite a bit. No knee pain, no foot pain, much stronger calves. And, while I’m not much of a runner, I have found short jogs in them have changed my stride and I’m becoming more efficient. Lastly, lifting in them is a great experience: no more pitching forward on Olympic lifts!
